  4. Schedule send the signup to parents. Preset a reminder for "no replies."

Confirmation of Appointments

Automatic confirmation emails are sent to parents immediately upon signup, eliminating manual follow-up work.

Rescheduling Requests

No sweat! Parents just click their confirmation email to reschedule for an open time slot.

Buffer Time

The system accommodates breaks and transition periods between conference slots.

Reminders

Educators can preset reminders targeting only parents who haven't yet responded, without bothering those already signed up. Additional reminders can be sent as needed.
